Classic Peach Daiquiri

 

250ml gelativo Peach Sorbet
30ml white rum
30ml triple sec or Cointreau
1 Cup of ice

 

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in large cocktail glass

 

Strawbana Colada

 

125ml gelativo Banana Gelato
125ml gelativo Strawberry Sorbet
60ml Coconut Cream
60ml Dark Rum
1 cup of ice

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in a large cocktail glass and granish with a wedge of pineapple.

 

Apple a la Mode

 

125ml gelativo Green Apple Sorbet
125ml gelativo Vanilla Bean Gelato
60ml Dark Rum
1 cup of ice

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve with a green apple slice for garnish

 

Frozen Mango Daquiri

 

125ml gelativo Mango Sorbet
45ml white rum
15ml triple sec or Cointreau
3 tbs lime juice
1 cup of ice

 

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in large cocktail glass

 

Frozen Margarita

 

125ml gelativo Lemon Lime Sorbet
1 Lime Wedge
2 teaspoons of salt
30ml white or gold tequila
30ml triple sec or Cointreau
1 cup of ice

 

Place salt in a saucer. Rub rim of a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip glass into salt to coat rim thoroughly, reserve lime.
Pour tequila, triple sec, sorbet and crushed ice into a blender and blend until smooth and pour into salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

 

Fruit Salad Daiquiri

 

125ml Tropical Fruits Sorbet
125ml Strawberry Sorbet
60ml white rum
1 cup of ice

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in a large cocktail glass and garnish with a wedge of pineapple.

Passion Island

 

125ml gelativo Passionfruit Sorbet
45ml gin
15ml Triple Sec
1 large lemon wedge
1 cup of ice

 

Combine sorbet, gin, triple sec and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into cocktail glass and add squeeze of lemon

 

Mango Margarita

 

125ml gelativo Mango Sorbet
125ml gelativo Lemon Lime Sorbet
1 Lime Wedge
2 teaspoons of salt
30ml white or gold tequila
30ml triple sec or Cointreau
1 cup of ice

Banana Smoothie (non alcoholic)

 

1/2 cup of honey
3/4 tsp of vanilla extract
2 large bananas (sliced)
2 tubs of 125ml honey gelativo greek style frozen yoghurt
1/2 cup of ice

 

Combine the ingredients in the blender in the order listed and mix on a low speed. Gradually increase the blending speed until desired texture.

 

Mango Smoothie (non alcoholic)

 

1/2 cup of pineapple juice
1 large mango diced
2 tubs of 125ml mango passionfruit gelativo greek style frozen yoghurt
1/2 cup of ice

 

Combine the ingredients in the blender in the order listed and mix on a low speed. Gradually increase the blending speed until desired texture.

 

Banana Strawberry Smoothie (alcoholic)

 

30 ml of banana liqueur
1 large banana sliced
1 cup of diced strawberries
2 tubs of 125ml strawberry gelativo greek style frozen yoghurt

 

Combine the ingredients in the blender in the order listed and mix on a low speed. Gradually increase the blending speed until desired texture.

 

Affogato

 

125ml gelativo vanilla bean gelato
90 ml freshly brewed strong espresso coffee
30ml Frangelico liqueur

 

Place generous scoop of gelato into individual serving glass. Serve together with individual shot glass of coffee and Frangelico. When ready to eat, pour coffee and liqueur over gelato. Serve with biscotti.
