Combine sorbet, gin, triple sec and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into cocktail glass and add squeeze of lemon

Banana Smoothie (non alcoholic)
1/2 cup of honey
Combine the ingredients in the blender in the order listed and mix on a low speed. Gradually increase the blending speed until desired texture.

30 ml of banana liqueur
Combine the ingredients in the blender in the order listed and mix on a low speed. Gradually increase the blending speed until desired texture.
Affogato
125ml gelativo vanilla bean gelato
Place generous scoop of gelato into individual serving glass. Serve together with individual shot glass of coffee and Frangelico. When ready to eat, pour coffee and liqueur over gelato. Serve with biscotti. |
